75,000 aspiring high school students coming from all over the country took their once-in-a-lifetime chance to take the UPCAT exam (University of the Philippines College Admission Test).
It is the most competitive college entrance test in the Philippines. Out of this, only 10% will be admitted to the only national university in the country.
